In this case we are preparing a bike for Chika a young pacer.

TOYO has been building bikes for over a decade, proving year after year.

Planning & Design Flow

• Bike type: Road racer, MTB, Cyclocross, etc.
• Main purpose: for racing, criterium、for touring, etc.
• Geometry: Design, Height, weight, length,… optimization
• Material selection, based on previous factors

Then, together with the client, we decide the match and final details.

We also part and accessories to be used, and how the building process will be ingeeneered.

Thereafter, time to prepare the necessary shits.

Even if there is only one order, we verify and confirm the dimensions before cutting. And then, it becomes part of the assembly list.

Recently, we have been using drawings too. However, we still believe a hand is even better.

Hand excelence is our motto. Thus, whenever possible everything will maintain the traditional way whilst supported by the tecnologies.

The drawings once finished are reviewed and checked other than the drawer.
A 5mm deviation when drawing would mean crazy degree angle difference in the frame geometry. Therefore, we are very meticulous with our drawings.
